These terms cover signed copies of Spoiler Alert: The Real Secrets of Freemasonry bought direct from this website. Copies bought through Amazon or any other retailer are covered by that retailer's own terms, not these.
The seller is Aldmere Ltd (Company No. 16961004), 2 Deleval Crescent, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE27 0FA. For anything to do with an order, email realsecrets@spoileralertbook.com.
Each copy is signed by the author and posted to you. The price shown includes UK delivery. We post to UK addresses only.
We aim to dispatch within five working days, usually sooner, by Royal Mail. If you ask for a dedication at the checkout, we write it in as you have given it.
If you simply change your mind, you have 14 days from the day the book arrives to tell us you want to cancel. Email realsecrets@spoileralertbook.com to let us know.
Return the book to us within 14 days of telling us, unused and in resaleable condition. You pay the return postage. Once it reaches us, we refund the price you paid, including the original standard delivery, within 14 days.
A copy personalised with a dedication to a named person is made to your order. For that reason the 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply to a dedicated copy, unless it arrives faulty or damaged. A plain signed copy, with the signature only, is not affected and can be returned as above.
If your book arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including postage both ways. Email realsecrets@spoileralertbook.com within a reasonable time, ideally with a photo, and we will put it right quickly. This applies to every copy, dedicated ones included.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
